My Way of Self Expression
Hi, I’m Connor Muhl.
I have spent my life in the performing arts. Today, I aim to harmonize acting and music to create performances and musical compositions that resonate with audiences. I want to make people smile and laugh, think and feel, and maybe even cry, as they connect with the emotions of my work.
I like to joke, the same day I took my first walking steps, my mother stuck a Cello in my hands. Performance has been a way of life for me. For years, I’ve trained with acting coaches in Los Angeles and Portland. I’ve studied musical composition, and trained extensively on the piano and guitar. Every day, I study in one way or another, to become a better performing artist.
The Netflix Series, Everything Sucks!
In 2017, I picked up a recurring role as Scott Pocket on the 2018 Netflix series, Everything Sucks! This was an incredible experience, and I feel so fortunate to have landed this role. If you would like to learn more, please visit the film page, or check out my blog post for Everything Sucks!.
A Guy, A Guitar And A Girl
I’m currently producing and staring in the short film, A Guy, A Guitar and A Girl. The film portrays a young man’s struggles with love, success, and fame, as he journey from small-time guitarist, to big-time artist. To date, I have scored two short films and co-wrote and performed a featured song on my second film at age 14. Both films, and the song, have won awards on the festival market.
